These terms and conditions apply to the Kultasalpa online store, operated by Kultasalpa Tmi, Kansankatu 8, (Prisma-keskus), 15870 Hollola, Business ID: 2854787-6.
By using the KULTASALPA online store, you accept and agree to these terms.
Kultasalpa does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the online store, and the service may experience outages due to, for example, hardware maintenance or upkeep. Kultasalpa is not responsible for damages related to the use of the online store, unless otherwise stipulated by mandatory legislation.
Kultasalpa has the right to change these terms and conditions by publishing the updated terms on the online store's pages. Please review the currently valid terms before submitting an order.
Ordering from the online store requires that you comply with the online store's terms and conditions, meet the requirements therein, and provide your personal information completely and truthfully. You must correct any inaccurate personal information without delay.

Products in stock are generally delivered to the post office within 1-4 business days of receiving the order. Custom-ordered products are usually delivered within 5-12 business days, depending on the manufacturer's/importer's stock situation. We will inform you of any exceptional delivery times by email.
You can check the current shipping costs in the online store's shopping cart; for purchases over €50, we do not charge shipping costs. Shipping costs apply only to orders delivered within Finland.
